1. For your visibly fullest pout, exfoliate lips before application (we recommend Anew Vitamin C Smoothing Lip Scrub).
2. Apply Glimmer Lip Plumper before doing the rest of your makeup to allow lips ample time to plump.
3. After other makeup application is complete, sweep an additional coat of Glimmer Lip Plumperacross lips to give them a double plumping boost.
